ANNOUCEMENT ON THE COMPETITIVE OFFERING OF SCIC’S SHARES AT SCIENCE & TECHONOLOGY PRINTING JOINT STOCK COMPANY

Based on the Decision No 65/QD-DTKDV dated 04/03/2020 by State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) regarding the SCIC’s share divestment at science & techonology printing joint stock company, the Competitive Offering committee would like to make the following announcement:

7. Number of shares to be competitive offered: 251.666 shares, equivalent to 16,02% total of share outstanding of the company.

9. Starting price: 37.100 VND/share and at the rate of equal or higher the average reference price of IKH share of the company on HNX within 30 consecutive trading days before announcement divestment day.
