Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh was born on May 29th, 1972 in Vietnam. He got a master’s degree from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) in Japan and a bachelor’s degree from the National Economics University of Vietnam. His professional career began at Foreign Exchange Department of the State Bank of Vietnam where he was responsible for external debt restructuring and foreign exchange policy. He joined the State Capital Investment cooperation (SCIC) as Deputy Director of the Strategy Department in 2006 and was promoted as Director of Strategy Department since November 2008. Since 2010, he was alternately nominated as Director of the Risk Management Department, Director of Southern Branch of SCIC, Director of Investment Department 3. On June 30th, 2015, he was promoted as Deputy General Director of SCIC, Deputy CEO of SCIC since September 1st, 2017. On May 8th, 2019, he was appointed a Board Member, General Director of SCIC by the Prime Minister.

Mr Nguyen Quoc Huy was appointed by the Prime Minister to be a Board Member, Head of Supervisory Board as from April 2006. Mr Huy was appointed to be Executive Director of State Capital Investment Corporation as from January 11, 2011. Previously, Mr Huy held the position of Deputy Director of Vietnam Auditing Company (VACO). During his 15 years of service at VACO, Mr Huy was in charge of many auditing deals for significant clients such as Vietnam Power Corporation, Vietnam Airlines, Vietnam Coal Corporation, Vietnam Railway Corporation…Mr Huy also participated in various auditing deals sponsored by World Bank, ADB, JBIC.Mr Huy took part in various professional as well as management training courses held by Amostuck University (US), EU, big four firms (KPMG, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, PWC…).

Mr. Le Huy Chi,born in 1976, is a master degree holder. Previously, Mr. Le Huy Chi has held positions as Deputy Director of Securities Business Management Department under the State Securities Committee, and then Director of Investment Department and Director of Strategic Planning Department at SCIC. Mr. Le Huy Chi was appointed by Minister of Finance as a Board member of SCIC on October 25th 2016.

Mr. Bui Duc Long was born in 1976. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics majoring in Accounting from Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting; a Bachelor's degree in Economic Law from Thai Nguyen University; and a Master's degree in Economics from the Academy of Finance. His political theory level is Advanced. Mr. Long has worked as Deputy Head of Department and General Secretary at the Office of the Ministry of Finance (2006-2009); Head of Department and General Secretary at the Office of the Ministry of Finance (2009-2014). Mr. Long started working at SCIC in September 2014 and has held various positions including: Controller at SCIC; Head of the Human Resources Department at SCIC. On August 2, 2024, Mr. Bui Duc Long was appointed by the Chairman of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises to the position of Member of the Board of Members of SCIC according to Decision No. 349/QD-UBQLV.

Mr. Dinh Chi Kien was born in 1966. Mr. Kien holds a Bachelor in Accounting, Hanoi Finance & Accounting University, now known as Academy of Finance and a Bachelor in Law, Hanoi Law University. He also holds a Master in Political Theory. Mr. Kien used to work for Viglacera Corporation – JSC (VIGLACERA) from March 1998 to July 2007 and hold the following positions: Associate at Finance and Accounting Department of VIGLACERA, Chief Accountant of Xuan Hoa Construction Ceramic Company, Chief Accountant of Huu Hung VIGLACERA, Deputy Director of Inspection Department of VIGLACERA. From August 2007 to April 2014, Mr. Kiên was Deputy Director of Finance and Accounting Department of VIWASEEN. Mr. Kien started working for State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in May 2014 and has been appointed to the following positions: Deputy Director of Risk Management Department, Director of Risk Management Department. On 21st June 2022, Mr. Kien was appointed to become a Board Member of SCIC by the Chairman of Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises.

Ms Dinh Bich Diep, born in 1973, is a master degree holder. Previously, Ms Dinh Bich Diep has held positions as Deputy Director of Investment Department and Director of Portfolio management Department 1 at SCIC. Ms Dinh Bich Diep was appointed by Minister of Finance as a Board member of SCIC on October 25th 2016.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Quang was born in 1976. He holds a Ph.D. in Construction Engineering from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering. His political theory level is Advanced. Mr. Quang has worked as a Construction Consulting Engineer in the Research and Development Department of the Technology Equipment and Construction Inspection Consulting Company, Ministry of Construction (1999-2006); Head of Construction at the Bai Bang Expansion Project Management Board Phase 2, Vietnam Paper Corporation (2007-2010); Deputy Head of Capital Construction Department, Vietnam Paper Corporation (2010-2012); Head of Planning Department, Vietnam Paper Corporation (2012-2015). From February 2015, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Quang was officially appointed as Deputy General Director of Vietnam Paper Corporation. On August 2, 2024, Mr. Quang was appointed by the Chairman of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises to the position of Member of the Board of Members of SCIC according to Decision No. 350/QD-UBQLV.

Mr Huy was appointed by the Prime Minister to be a Board Member, Head of Supervisory Board as from April 2006. On 17/10/2019, Mr. Dinh Viet Tung was appointed to be the Deputy General Director of SCIC by the SCIC’ Board Members

Mr. Vu Tri Thuc was born in 1976. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Hanoi University of Finance and Accounting; a Master's degree in Business Administration from the French-Vietnamese Center for Management Training (CFVG); a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate; and a Chief Accountant certificate (2019). His political theory level is Advanced. Mr. Thuc previously worked and held the position of Deputy Head of Audit at Vietnam Auditing Company. He began working at SCIC in April 2007 and has held various positions: Specialist in the Finance and Accounting Department, Deputy Head of the Finance and Accounting Department, secondment at Vietnam-Oman Investment Joint Stock Company, and Head of the Finance and Accounting Department. On November 8, 2019, the Board of Members of the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) issued Decision No. 109/QĐ-ĐTKDV.HĐTV appointing Mr. Vu Tri Thuc to the position of Chief Accountant of the Corporation for a fixed term. On June 19, 2024, the Board of Members of SCIC issued Decision No. 38/QĐ-ĐTKDV.HĐTV appointing Mr. Thuc as Deputy General Director of SCIC.

Mr. Le Thanh Tuan was born in 1979. Professional qualification: Master Degree in Finance – The University of Sydney (Australia); Bachelor Degree in International Business Economics - Foreign Trade University (FTU Hanoi). Political theory: Master Degree. Mr. Tuan also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certificate. Previously, Mr. Tuan was an official of Asia Pacific Department of Ministry of Commerce, now known as Ministry of Industry and Trade. Mr. Tuan started working at State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) in 2008, then has been appointed as Deputy Director of Investment Department No. 3, Deputy Director of Investment Department No. 4, Director of Investment Department No. 4 of SCIC. On May 20th 2022, Mr. Tuan was appointed to become Deputy General Director of SCIC by the Board of Members

Ms. Le Thi Hoai Diem was born in 1981. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade Business from Da Nang University of Economics and a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Da Nang University. Her political theory level is Advanced. Ms. Diem previously worked and held the position of Deputy Manager of Hung Vuong 1 Branch at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade - Da Nang Branch. She began working at SCIC in November 2012 and has held various positions: Deputy Head of Department, Central Region Branch (CRB); Head of Department, CRB; Deputy Director of CRB; Deputy Director in charge of CRB. On March 4, 2020, Ms. Le Thi Hoai Diem was appointed as Director of the Central Region Branch. On June 19, 2024, the Board of Members of SCIC issued Decision No. 39/QĐ-ĐTKDV.HĐTV appointing Ms. Diem as Deputy General Director of SCIC.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Nam holds a Degree in Construction Economics Engineering - Hanoi University of Civil Engineering; a Master in Economics - Vietnam Maritime University and is in the progress of learning Master Degree in Political Theory. Mr. Nguyen Duc Nam was appointed as a Supervisor of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) by the Chairman of Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC) on July 19th 2021. Previously, Mr. Nam was an official of General Division, Hai Phong Developing and Investment Agency (5/1999-12/1999); official of Local Credit Division, Developing Assistance Fund – Hai Phong Branch (01/2000-3/2000); official of Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong (4/2000-3/2009); official of Department for Economic Zones Management, Ministry of Planning and Investment (4/2009-6/2019); official of General Department, CMSC (7/2019-18/7/2021).

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam has obtained following degrees: Bachelor of Finance & Accounting of Deakin University, Australia; Master of Science in Applied Finance of Monash University, Australia; Political theory: Master Degree. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam was appointed to become Supervisor at State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) on 1 st of May 2023. Before, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam worked at Finance department of Petro Vietnam Exploration Production Corporation; Accountant at Hoang Long – Hoan Vu Joint Operating Company and Cuu Long Joint Operating Company); Deputy Head of Project Planning of Petro Vietnam Domestic Exploration Production Operating Company Limited; Deputy Head of reception planning, 37 Hung Vuong Convention Center, Office of the Government ; Associate of General Department, the Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises.

Mr. Le Minh Trung has the following professional qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration, Woodbury University, California, USA; Master of Business and Management, Woodbury University, California, USA; Advanced Political Theory; State Management, Specialist rank. Mr. Le Minh Trung was appointed by the Chairman of the Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC) as a full-time Supervisor at the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) on April 26, 2024. Previously, Mr. Le Minh Trung held the following positions: Specialist of Business Development Department, Large Customer Division, Head Office of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB Bank); Specialist of Digital Banking Department, Digital Banking Division, Head Office of MB Bank; Specialist of Technology and Infrastructure Department, CMSC; Specialist of Planning - General Department, Office of the CMSC; Specialist of Planning - General Department, assistant to the Committee's Leaders, Office of the CMSC; concurrently assistant to the Office of the Party Committee of the CMSC.
