ANNOUCEMENT ON THE AUCTION OF SCIC’S WHOLE SHARE BLOCK AT   CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION NO.5 – JSC (CIENCO 5)

Based on the Decision No 337/QD-DTKDV dated 11/11/2019 of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) regarding the approval of SCIC’s share divestment plan at CIENCO5 and Decision No 41A/QD-DTKDV dated 18/02/2020 by SCIC regarding the amendment to Article No 2 of the Decision No 337/QD-DTKDV dated 11/11/2019, SCIC would like to make the announcement of share divestment at CIENCO5 as below:

  - Satisfactory bidding price: the price for 01 (one) share, at the rate of equal or higher starting price)
