NOTICE OF COMPETITIVE OFFERING OF SCIC’S SHARES

5. Participation conditions: All investors that meet the Regulation of Competitive Offering of SCIC’s shares in Vinamilk (Regulation)

6. Advisor: Advisor consortium, including UBS AG, Singapore Branche (UBS) and Sai Gon Securities Inc. (SSI)

7. Competitive offering execution: Ho Chi Minh city Stock Exchange (HOSE)

8. Shares offered:

- Number of shares: 48,333,400 shares              Starting price: 150,000 VND/share

- Type of share: common share                             Step-up price: 100 VND

- Par value: 10,000 VND                                         Step-up volume: 10 shares

- Minimum number of shares an individual/legal entity can register to buy: 20,000 shares

- Maximum number of shares an individual/legal entity can register to buy: 48,333,400 shares (3.33% of Vinamilk’s charter capital)

- Deposit: 10% of the total value of registered number of shares at the starting price

9. Information disclosure: From November 1, 2017 on Investment Review, Securities News, Sai Gon Giai Phong and websites: SCIC, SSI, HOSE, Vinamilk and bidding agents.

- Investors participating in the competitive offering can get the Prospectus, Regulation and other related documents at www.scic.vn, www.ssi.com.vn, www.hsx.vn, www.vinamilk.com.vn and bidding agents.

10. Time, venue of application distribution, procedure fulfillment and application submission: From  November 1, 2017 to 4pm November 9, 2017 at bidding agents (list and address of bidding agents are posted on the website of SCIC, SSI, HOSE and Vinamilk).

- Time of deposit/escrow deposit payment: From November 1, 2017 to 4pm November 9, 2017 (in accordance with the Regulation)

- Investors can get application form at bidding agents or download from the above-mentioned websites

- Investors can get the competitive offering participation form at bidding agents (in accordance with the Regulation)
