The starting price of Vinamilk’s share offering
Pursuant to Decision No. 94/QD-DTKDV.HDTV dated October 31, 2017 of the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC)’s Board of Directors regarding the approval of share price of SCIC’s share in Vietnam Dairy Product JSC (Vinamilk), SCIC announces the starting price of the competitive offering of 3.33% VNM’s charter capital: 150,000 VND/share (in word: one hundred and fifty thousand dongs per share).
Bidding price offered by investors participating in the competitive offering will not be lower than the starting price and the floor price of VNM’s share on the offering day (November 10, 2017)
