ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE RESULT OF COMPETITVE OFFER SUBCRIPTION OF SCIC’S SHARE AT AN GIANG FISHERIES IMPORT JSC (AGF)

Pursuant the Regulation of the competitive share offering of the State Capital Investment Corporation’s shares (SCIC) at An Giang ExportFisheries JSC (AGF) stipulated at the Decision No. 80/2016/QD-CKNN dated September 16^th 2016 of Agribank Securities Joint – Stock Corporation (Agriseco), investors can register the share purchase from 08:30 Septmber 19^th 2016 to 09:00, October 10^th 2016.

Agriseco would like to announce the results of share purchase registered by investors until 09:00, October 10^th 2016 09h00 as follows:

- Total number of offering shares : 2,316,892 shares

- Par value: VND10,000

- Starting price: 28,100 dong

- The number of registered investors : 0 Investors

- Total volume of subscription: 0 shares

In accordance with item 9.3 of Article 9 of the Regulation, Agriseco is pleased to announce that the competitive offering is not eligible to proceed, thus, Agriseco will not undertake the competition offering at 09:30, October 11, 2016 as schedule.
