Notice on result of competitive offer subcription

NOTICE ON RESULT OF COMPETITIVE OFFER SUBSCRIPTION

Pursuant to:

- Contract No. 125-2016 / TVTC / FPTS-HCM & SCIC dated June 30^th2016 on the provision of advisory services of offering state shareholding at the enterprise;

- Decision No. 393 / QD-DTKDV dated September 14^th 2016 of the State Capital Investment Corporation on the sale of SCIC’s shares at Ben Tre Construction Materials JSC;

- Decision No. 59-2016 / QD / FPTS - FCF dated September 20^th 2016 of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company - Branch in Ho Chi Minh City on promulgating the Regulation on the competitive offer ofSCIC’s shares at Ben Tre Construction Materials JSC;

FPT Securities JSC is pleased to announce the results of the competitive offer subscription. The list of investors who subscribed for the competitive offer until 16:00 hrs, October 10^th 2016 is as follows:

Total number of subscribed investors: 00 investors

The total volume of shares subscribed: 0 shares

Pursuant to the Section 9.3 of Article 9 of the Regulation on the competitive offer ofSCIC’s shares at VXB, FPT would like to announce that the competitive offer is not eligible for implementation. Therefore, FPTS will not hold the competive offer session at 09:30 hrs, October 11^th 2016.
