SCIC hosts a roadshow of its share disposal at Vinamilk

November 21, 2016, Ho Chi Minh City - SCIC in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HSX), Vinamilk and a group of advisors hosted a roadshow of its share disposal at Vinamilk.

Attendance at the roadshow comprises representatives from Government’s Office, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Planning and Investment, State Bank of Vietnam, State Securities Commission, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HSX).

There were over 150 participants in the roadshow, around 100 of whom are local and international investors, credit entities and securities firm.

Presenters from SCIC and Vinamilk respond to questions from interested investors

Madam Mai Kieu Lien, Vinamilk’s CEO, and other representatives from Vinamilk presented the company’s development strategy in the coming time; SCIC’s leaders disclosed to investors basic information of Vinamilk’s share offering. Presenters from Vinamilk and SCIC also responded to questions from interested investors at the roadshow.

According to the approved plan, SCIC will undertake the public offering of Vinamilk’s share at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange in early December 2016 and it is expected that the transaction will be completed by 2016.
