SCIC Hosting a Roadshow on Its Share Disposal at Vinamilk

In implementation of the guidelines of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Finance, the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) is conducting the disposal of 9% of charter capital ofVietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk)

In order to ensure the publicity and transparency of the foresaid transaction and to introduce it to the large community of investors, SCIC is joining hands with Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HSX), Vinamilk and the Consortium Advisors in organizing a roadshow to showcase the investment opportunities to acquire SCIC’s shares in Vinamilk.

At the said event, SCIC together with relating authorities provided the attendants with relevant information about Vinamilk, SCIC’s divestment process and applicable regulations thereof.
