In July 2020, SCIC and AFD established bilateral partnership based on AFD's proposal on preferential loan packages without government guarantees for enterprises having SCIC capital. In May 2021, developing from the proposal of AFD, the two sides agreed on the content of the cooperation Agreement to improve the capacity of SCIC in financial management. In the first quarter of 2022, SCIC and AFD signed a cooperation Agreement on technical assistance to improve SCIC's capacity and gradually implemented specific activities of this Agreement.
