ANNOUNCEMENT ON PUBLIC AUCTION OF THE SINGLE BLOCK OF SCIC’ SHARES AT BENOVAS ONCOLOGY JSC

Pursuant to Decision No. 405/QĐ-ĐTKDV dated 19/10/2020 of SCIC’s General Director approving the plan to sell the SCIC’ shares at Benovas, SCIC would like to announce the public auction of SCIC’ single block of shares at Benovas as below:

1. Conditions to attend: All investors that are eligible under the Regulation on the public auction of SCIC’ shares at Benovas.

• Type of shares: Ordinary shares, free to exchange
• Par value: 10.000 VND/share
• Total number of shares at the public auction: 2.900.000 shares (accounting  for 29% of the total number of shares issued according to the actual contributed capital in the charter)
