SCIC strengthens leadership: Two key executives promoted to Deputy General Director roles

HANOI, Viet Nam, July 1, 2024 - The State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) held a ceremony to announce and present Decision No. 38/QĐ-ĐTKDV.HĐTV and Decision No. 39/QĐ-ĐTKDV.HĐTV, issued by the Corporation's Board of Members on June 19, 2024, regarding the fixed-term appointment of Deputy General Directors of SCIC for Mr. Vu Tri Thuc, Chief Accountant of SCIC, and Ms. Le Thi Hoai Diem, Director of the Central Branch.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh - Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Members of SCIC; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy - Board Member and General Director of SCIC; along with other members of the Board of Members, Board of Directors, Supervisors, and Heads of SCIC Departments.

Mr. Vu Tri Thuc, Chief Accountant of SCIC, and Ms. Le Thi Hoai Diem, Director of the Central Branch, receiving their appointment decisions as Deputy General Directors of SCIC.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh - Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Members, congratulated Mr. Vu Tri Thuc and Ms. Le Thi Hoai Diem on their new roles as Deputy General Directors of SCIC. He also congratulated SCIC on continuing to strengthen its key personnel in leadership positions.

Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh expressed confidence that in their roles as Deputy General Directors of SCIC, Mr. Thuc and Ms. Diem will leverage their expertise, professional capabilities, combining theory and practical experience in their work, while maintaining unity and consensus within SCIC's leadership to excellently fulfill their assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Vu Tri Thuc thanked SCIC's leadership for their trust and confidence in assigning him this new important responsibility. Mr. Vu Tri Thuc affirmed that he would always strive to do his best, bringing all his intellect, passion, and experiences gained throughout his career to work with the Corporation's leadership team to successfully complete all assigned tasks, contributing to the overall success of the Corporation.

Also at the ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Hoai Diem expressed her deep gratitude to SCIC's leadership for entrusting her with this new responsibility. She also expressed her hope to continue receiving support and guidance from the leadership, as well as cooperation and assistance from the heads of various units in her upcoming work.
