State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC)’s activities in the framework of the business trip joining the delegation crew of Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC) in March 2023. 

From 16^th March to 19^th March 2023, SCIC’s business mission joined the delegation crew of CMSC led by the CMSC’s Chairman Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh, together with representatives from corporations visited and had meetings in China.

In the framework of the business trip, on 17^th March 2023, the business mission had meetings with China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC Group) in order to exchange some issues of TISCO 2 project and together signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding solving difficulties remained of TISCO 2 project.

Parties negotiated in order to unify methods of solving decisively problems of TISCO 2 project.  

Within 17^th March 2023, SCIC’s business mission had meeting with China Chengtong International Company Limited. This is one of big-scaled companies supervised by National Supervisory Commission of the People's Republic of China (SASAC).

At the meeting, SCIC discussed and exchanged information regarding divestment list of SCIC, in order to seek, connect bilateral cooperation prospects, in sectors which both parties are interested such as energy, industrial products, managing and investment funds/ventures…

SCIC had meetings with China Chengtong International Company Limited

In the morning of 18^th March 2023, SCIC’s business mission joined the Vietnamese – Chinese State-owned Enterprises Reform & Developing Conference which was co-organized by Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC) and National Supervisory Commission of the People's Republic of China (SASAC).
