From 16th March to 19th March 2023, SCIC’s business mission joined the delegation crew of CMSC led by the CMSC’s Chairman Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh, together with representatives from corporations visited and had meetings in China.
In the framework of the business trip, on 17th March 2023, the business mission had meetings with China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC Group) in order to exchange some issues of TISCO 2 project and together signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding solving difficulties remained of TISCO 2 project.
Parties negotiated in order to unify methods of solving decisively problems of TISCO 2 project.
Within 17th March 2023, SCIC’s business mission had meeting with China Chengtong International Company Limited. This is one of big-scaled companies supervised by National Supervisory Commission of the People's Republic of China (SASAC).
At the meeting, SCIC discussed and exchanged information regarding divestment list of SCIC, in order to seek, connect bilateral cooperation prospects, in sectors which both parties are interested such as energy, industrial products, managing and investment funds/ventures…

In the morning of 18th March 2023, SCIC’s business mission joined the Vietnamese – Chinese State-owned Enterprises Reform & Developing Conference which was co-organized by Commission for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC) and National Supervisory Commission of the People's Republic of China (SASAC).
