ANNOUCEMENT ON CANCELLING HOSTING THE PUBLIC AUCTION ON SCIC’ SHARES AT THAI NGUYEN INDUSTRIAL ZONE INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY

According to the plan, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) will host the public auction session for State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC)’s single block of shares at Thai Nguyen Industrial Zone Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company on 08/06/2022.

However, to the deadline of registration and deposit (16h00 of 01/6/2022), there is no investor registered. By regulation at Article 13 of Regulation on the public auction for SCIC’s single block of shares at Thai Nguyen Industrial Zone Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company which is issued with Decision No 301/QD-SGDHN dated May 11^th 2022 of General Director of HNX, the public auction session is not eligible to be hosted.

Thus, HNX announces canceling the public auction session for SCIC’ single block of shares at Thai Nguyen Industrial Zone Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company on June 8^th 2022.
