NOTICE CANCELING THE PUBLIC AUCTION SESSION ON RIGHTS TO BUY SCIC’ SHARES AT CENTRAL REGION INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY

According to the plan, Guotai Junan Securities Corporation (Vietnam) will host the the public auction session for the right to buy Central Region Investment and Development JSC’ shares whose representative rights are executed by State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) on 07/10/2021. However, to deadlines of registration and deposit submission (16h00 of 30/09/2021), there is no investors register to attend the public auction.  

            According to Regulation, Article 14 of Regulation on ordinary public auction on SCIC’ shares at Central Region Investment and Development JSC, issued with Decision No 01/QD-TVDN dated 16/09/2021 of  Guotai Junan Securities Corporation (Vietnam), the public auction session does not meet conditions to be organized.

        Thus, SCIC is pleased to notice on canceling the public auction session on rights to buy Central Region Investment and Development JSC’ shares whose representative rights are executed by State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) on 07/10/2021.
