Notice minimum bidding price for the compeptitive offering of Vinamilk shares under SCIC'ownership

Pursuant to the document No.1566/SGDHCM-NY dated 9/11/2017 of Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange with respect to the floor price of Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company’s share (VNM) on 10/11/2017;

Pursuant to the Regulations of the competitive offering of shares owned by SCIC in Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk);

SCIC is pleased to announce that the minimum bidding price for the competitive offering of shares owned by SCIC at Vinamilk is 151.200 VND/share (in words: one hundred fifty-one thousand and two hundred Vietnam dong per share).
