NOTICE OF PRIVATE SALE OF SCIC’S SHARES AT can tho investment and construction JSC

1. Company’s chartered capital: 16,029,000,000 VND

SCIC’s holding: 6,653,400,000 VND (accounting for 41.51% of chartered capital)

Business line: Construction of other civil works (industrial, irrigation, drainage, dam, canal dredging); construction of civil works; construction of railway and road works (construction of transportation road, bridge); premises clearance; real estate trading, land use rights, owner or tenant (real estate trading, housing and office leasing)…

2. Number of SCIC’s shares at the auctioned company: 665,340 shares, price: 29,700 VND/share (face value: 10,000 VND/share)

3. Number of outstanding shares: 665,340shares

4. All of the outstanding shares (665,340shares) will be available for private placement from June 16 to June 26, 2017 at the starting price of 29,700 VND/share under the following conditions:

a) Investors must register to buy the whole lot of shares and make a deposit of 10% of the registered value at the starting price to the below account:

Content: Name/ID number/Business Registration number/date and place of issue; deposit to buy 665,340 shares of Can Tho Investment and Construction JSC

b) In case there is only one investors: provided that the investor offer a price that is no less than the starting price, he/she will succeed.

c) In case there are two investors or more: either investor offers higher price will succeed. If there are two investors offering the same highest price, the securities firm will host a blind poll between these two investors with the starting price at the same highest price offered by these two investors. Either investor voting higher price will succeed.

d)Within 7 working days (from the date of success notification from SCIC), the selected investor fails to make full payment will be omitted from the list and not be returned the deposit, the next investor in the list will be selected.
