NOTICE OF AUCTION OF STAKE

OF THE STATE CAPITAL INVESTMENT CORPORATION (SCIC) AT BAROTEX VIETNAM INVESTMENT AND TRADING JOINT STOCK COMPANY

Pursuant to Decision no. 326/ QĐ-ĐTKDV dated 11/08/2016 of the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) on the sale of stakes of SCIC at Barotex Vietnam Investment and Trading JSC as follow :

4. Auction participation conditions: All institutional and individual investors who meet the requirements stipulated in the Barotex Vietnam Investment and Trading JSC
5. Shares for public sale via the auction:

Information disclosure: On three (03) consecutive newspapers of Securities Investment and Market Newspaper dated 06/03/2017

6. Time for registration and deposit payment

From 07/03/2017 to 15h:30hrs, 27/03/2017 on working days, in all auction agencies.

7. Time for submition the auction participation application form: before 16:00 hrs, 30/03/2017 at all auction agencies.
8. Time for auction:

- Time : 08:30 hrs, 03/04/2017

9. Time for shares payment: From 12 December 2016 to 23 December
