ON THE POSTPONEMENT OF AUCTION OF STAKE

OF THE STATE CAPITAL INVESTMENT CORPORATION (SCIC)

AT DOCIMEXCO JOINT STOCK COMPANY

Pursuant to:

-          Announcement no. 786/TB-SGDHN dated 9August 2016 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange on the first transaction date of the shares registered for auction of the Docimexco Joint Stock Company;

-          Correspondence no. 1808/ĐTKDV-CNPN dated 16 August 2016 of the State Capital Investment Corporation on the postponement of auction of stake of the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) at Docimexco Joint Stock Company,

Vietcombank Securities Company – Hochiminh City branch (VCBS) would like to annouce to investors on the postponement of the sale of shares of the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) at Docimexco Joint Stock Company from 16 August 2016.
