NEGOTIATION SALE OF SCIC’S STAKE IN VINACEGLASS JSC

The State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) announces negotiation sale of its shares in VinaceglassJSC  as follows:

Company’s charter capital: VND 100.000.000.000

SCIC stake: VND 6.746.360.000 (7.1% of charter capital).

Lines of business: Manufactoring of refractory business, Installation of other construction systems…

Number of SCIC’s shares on auction: 674.636 shares, Starting price: VND 8.100VND / share (Face value: VND 10.000 / share)

Number of shares not yet sold: 674.636 shares

The total unsold shares (674.636 shares) shall be put on negotiation sale by SCIC from24/02/2016 to 03/03/2016 with starting price of VND 8.100 / share with conditions as follows:

Investors shall hand in their registration forms at the ACB Securities Company from 24/02/2016 to 16h00 of 03/03/2016

Investors shall register for full purchase of all SCIC’s shares on offer and shall pay a deposit of 10% of total value of the volume of shares registered for purchase, calculated at starting price to the following account:

In case only one (01) investor registers for negotiation sale, if the investor pays a price equal to or higher than the above-mentioned price, the investor will win.

In case there are 02 (two) or more registered investors, the investor paying higher price will win. In case 02 investors pay the same highest price, the securities company will carry outcompetitive offer in the form of closed ballot box between them with the starting price being the same highest price previously paid. The investor paying higher price will win.

Within 07 working days (from the date of receiving notice from ACBS), if the winning investor does not fully pay for the purchased shares (to the above-mentioned account), the investor shall be excluded and the investor’s deposit shall not be returned. The next investor who meets the stipulated conditions will win.
