At 15h30’ on 19/11/2018, it was the time to end auction registration form submission and auction deposit submission for shares owned by the State Capital Investment Corporation at Tien Son Ha Tay cement JSC, there were no investors participating in auction registration; thus the auction did not meet requirements to organize auction ceremony; the auction was considered to be unsuccessful.
