Competitive offering of state shares owned by SCIC in Binh Minh Plastic JSC

Pursuant to the guidelines of the Government and the Ministry of Finance,the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) executed the competitive offering of Binh Minh Plastic JSC- BMPLASCO (trading code BMP)’s shares under SCIC’s ownership with total volume of 24,159,906 shares (equivalent to 29.51% of BMPLASCO’s charter capital), par value of 10,000VND/share on March 9, 2018 at Ho Chi Minh city Stock Exchange (HoSE). The minimum bidding price was 96,500VND/share

The offering was executed in accordance with the Regulations of Competitive Offering of SCIC’s shares in Binh Minh Plastic JSC as follows:

- Total quantity of subscribed shares: 24,179,906 shares (100.1% of shares offered)

- Total number of registered investors: 02 investors, including:

+ Foreign institutional investor: 01 investor

+ Domestic institutional investor: 0 investor

+ Foreign individual investor: 0 investor

+ Domestic individual investor: 01 investor

- Bidding result:

+ Total number of shares successfully sold: 24,159,906 shares (equivalent to 100% of shares offered);

+ Average winning bidding price: 96,500VND/shares;

+ Total value of shares sold: 2,331,430,929,000VND;

+ Number of winning investors: 02 investors;

- Average selling price is equivalent to 16.7% of the close price on the offering date.

- The total proceeds is 2,331 billion dongs, 333 billion dongs higher than the total value of shares at the close price on the offering date.
