The sale of SCIC’s shares in portfolio companies
In the roadshow on November 17, 2017, SCIC announced the tentative timeline of the sale of its shares in 4 companies, namely Domesco Medical Export Import JSC (DMC), Binh Minh Plastic JSC (BMP), Tien Phong Plastic JSC (NTP) and FPT Corporation (FPT). Based on the actual documentation process, SCIC would announce the timeline of the sale of its shares in these companies as follows:
1. The sale of SCIC’s shares in DMC will be executed in December 2017;
2. The documentation process for the sale of SCIC’s shares in NTP, BMP and FPT will be finalized in December 2017.
SCIC will disclose at the soonest possible the specific timeline of the sale of its shares in each company upon the official approval from relevant authorities.
