SCIC receive the state ownership rights transfer at 3 companies from Ministry of Health
SCIC’s Head Office, October 10, 2017, SCIC’s Standing Deputy General Director, Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh and Vice Minister of Health, Mr. Pham Le Tuan, signed a state ownership rights transfer memo for the handover of 03 companies from Ministry of Health to SCIC.

This transfer is made by the Ministry of Health under the Government’s guideline regarding the transfer of equitized state owned enterprises to SCIC in the SOE reform progress. Three transferred companies include:
1. Vietnam Medical Equipment Corporation JSC (Vinamed): Incorporated in 1985 with the main business lines of medical equipment production and supply, Vinamed is currently operating in medical equipment and material production and distribution, medical IT solutions, medical work construction and consultation and investment in health care sector with the chartered capital of 88 billion dongs. The value of the state capital transferred to SCIC is 17.6 billion dongs.
2. Nha Trang Vaccine and Biological products JSC (Biopharco): Incorporated in 2001 by the Ministry of Health, Biopharco is currently operating in pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmaceutical ingredient production; nutrition product manufacturing; cosmetic production, vaccine, medical biological product, cosmetics, food wholesale with the chartered capital of 85.62 billion dongs. The value of the state capital transferred to SCIC is 12.4632 billion dongs.
3. Duoc Khoa JSC (DK pharma): Incorporated in 2001 by the Ministry of Health and under the management of Hanoi University of Pharmacy, DK pharma is mainly operating in R&D, pharmaceutical and health care product manufacturing and distribution with the chartered capital of 30.4 billion dongs. The value of the state capital transferred to SCIC is 1.8081 billion dongs.
