On December 18, 2006, SK Securities (a subsidiary of SK Group) and SCIC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) valid for 2 years. Accordingly, SK Group has supported training and consulting on equitization, corporate restructuring, IPO and listing in domestic and foreign markets for SCIC and SCIC's member enterprises. In 2006-2007, SK Group and SCIC coordinated to implement a number of cooperation activities in the field of training and restructuring of the plastic industry. From 2017 to present, leaders of the two sides have had many meetings to discuss investment cooperation opportunities regarding fields of mutual interest such as divestment of SCIC, pharmaceuticals and health care.
