Announcement Ceremony of the Prime Minister's Decision on the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy, to the position of General Director of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC)

On February 23, 2022, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 268/QD-TTg on the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy, Member of the Board of Members to the position of General Director of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC).
On February 28, 2022, in Hanoi, with the consent of the Government Leaders, the Committee for Management of State Capital at Enterprises (CMSC), SCIC held a ceremony to announce the Prime Minister's Decision on the appointment the General Director for SCIC.
Attending the ceremony, there were Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh, Chairman of CMSC; Mr. Ho Xuan Truong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Centrally-run Businesses’ Sector; Mr. Nguyen Hong Long, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Enterprise Innovation and Development and representatives from the Central Organization Committees, Governmentt Office, CMSC, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Home Affairs.
On SCIC's side, there were Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Members, representatives of the Party Committee, the Board of Members, Board of Management, Supervisors and managers of units and subordinate-units of SCIC.

Delivering speech at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh congratulated Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy on being appointed by the Prime Minister as General Director of SCIC and congratulated SCIC on consolidating all key personnel for the leadership positions of the Corporation. Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh believes and hopes that with the inherent professional capacity, work experiences, and political bravery, in the position of General Director, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy together with SCIC's Board of Management will mutually solidate and unify to successfully complete all assigned tasks.

Addressing the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy expressed his sincere thanks to the Prime Minister, the Government Party Committee, the members of the Party Personnel Committee, and leaders of CMSC and the Party Committee of the Centrally-run Businesses’ Sector that trusted and assigned him a new responsibility.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy also expressed his sincere thanks to the members of the Party Committee, Members of the Board, Supervisors, Board of Management, SCIC leaders through periods and all SCIC staff who have always shared, supported, fostered and cared for so that he had the opportunity to be honored to receive the Prime Minister's Appointment Decision.

As the General Director of SCIC, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy is aware that this is both an honor and personal pride, but also poses great responsibilities to him, the leadership team and the staff, on the way to bring more development to the Corporation. Comprehensively receiving the command and assigned tasks from Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy affirmed to bring all his wisdom, enthusiasm and experience withdrawal of oneself during the working process so far to unite with the leadership team of the Corporation to fulfill all the tasks assigned by the Prime Minister and the CMSC to SCIC.
At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy also hopes that in the coming time, he would continue to receive the consideration and direction of leaders of the Government, leaders of the CMSC, and the Standing Committees of Party Committee of the Centrally-run Businesses’ Sector, leaders of agencies and ministries; together with the sharing and support of all members of SCIC he can best fulfill all tasks in his position as General Director of SCIC.
